How do I schedule A Realtor Consult?
Consultations are very important, especially when purchasing your first investment. Simply click on the real estate tab located on the home page and send me a message. Fill out the consult criteria and myself or someone from my team will reach out as soon as possible.
When Should I speak W/ a Realtor?
As soon as you have the idea of purchasing, you should be doing your research and interviewing the realtor that suits your needs. The purpose of working with a really good realtor, is to make sure you have someone thats willing to walk you through the process. I believe in holding my clients hand until the end. I want them to be prepared now so when it’s time to shop, we can avoid as many hurdles as possible.
How much are consultations?
FREE!!! As an agent I understand that this process can be a pricey one. Its not all about the money for me so why tact on more fees? I’m in this industry to help as many that I can to help them accomplish their goal.
When is a good time to buy?
This is probably the #1 question I get asked whenever Im discussing real estate with someone. I don’t believe theres ever a perfect time to purchase. You have to move when you are ready. Yes pay attention to the price points and rates, but do not chase them. Understand your motive and make sure the market you’re purchasing in matches.

Do you ship/Deliver ?
Unfortunately I do not ship. As stated above, quality is very important to me and I do not want to risk any items getting ruined during transit. Also, it’s a pleasure serving freshness. All orders are created for pick up only. If a delivery is requested and is within 20 miles from the Central Orlando area, $20 charge will be added. Anything further will be more.
Do I need to order in advance?
Yes, Please place your order 48 hours in advance. If you are ordering any specialty items such as the clear bouquet box, place your order 4 days in advance. Once your order is placed, I will confirm the date and schedule the order.
Do you Cater?
Absolutely, We cater to all events. For catering inquiries and large orders, please send an inquiry to info@thebakingrealtor.com.
Do you Cater to the community?
This is a must!!! I don’t believe in receiving without giving back. At least every 1- 2 months, Self’s Kitchen partners up with other organizations, to supply desserts to those who are in need. Everyone deserves a piece of cake and a helping hand in their life.
